Spring in British Columbia brings out a wide range of flowers, none as popular as the Tulip. This beloved Spring flower can be seen across the Lower Mainland but there is one location in the Province which provides one of the most spectacular tulip viewing: Seabird Island. Since 2006, this Agassiz locale has hosted the annual Tulips of the Valley Festival which showcases thirty varieties of tulips spread over forty acres set against snow covered Mount Cheam.
